One of My Friend's Bike Was Stolen..
On Da Same Day Without The Police Interference, They Found It After Searching In Da Area..
Before Da Bike Was Found They Filed A Complaint In Da Concerned PS.. This Happened Three Weeks Before.
Now Da Police Cald My Friend & Said That They Found Da Person Who Stollen Da Bike..& Asked My Friend To Come To Da PS.
They Asked My Frnd To Surrender Da Bike As It Was A Stollen Bike Needs TonBe In Da Stn Only Bolke They Said..

How to proceed Diz Case
They Said They Filed Da FIR,
Asked To Pay Some Amount Itseems
Da Bike Is In Da PS Only

A.When you found the vehicle you should reported the finding of vehicle with all facts & details and withdraw the complaint before the concerned PS.Once the complaint is lodged the Police have to act as per the procedure laid down in the Manuel.Option to amicably settle Or take help of a Lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya to close the issue.

A.Dear Sir,

The police are correct. You have to get release the vehicle legally after surrendering the same before them.

A.There is no need to handover the bike. And how do they know the same bike was stolen by that thief. They actually want to show recovery of stolen property nothing else. So no need to give ur bike. If they force u make a complaint to Commissioner of Police.
