Forced Resignation Forced Resignation

Recently I was asked to resign forcefully by my senior as due to they thought I am having an affair with my junior female employee. The female employee denied the same , but still we were asked to resign as they told it is maligning the company name in the market and everyone has known about it, but no proof or evidence of their claim was given. We were humiliated and insulted and forced to resign. We have the audio clip of the total discussion. Can we take legal action against my senior and the company based on that.
