Owner of a residential house (Ground+1st floor) built in an area of 123 sq yards, has died without leaving any Will. He is survived by 2 sons and 1 daughter. Please advice how to get the property changed in the name of two sons. The daughter is willing to sacrifice her share in favour of her two brothers. Property is located in Hyderabad surrounding area.
