I am Anshuman Basu from Hooghly, West Bengal. I am living a rental House contract dated 1/10/2018 for 11 month contract. the Contract was expired on 30/09/2019. But as a good relation we are continue living. In 11/10/2020 my Land Load send a letter via whatapps to vacate the premises by 31/10/2020. In his letter he mention that " you were repeatedly requested to vacate the above mention premises, but unfortunately, you have failed to comply the notice." But I am not get any notice from his end. I am continue paid rent by IMPS/RTGS
as you know I am not get any premises due to covide 19. Sie Please advice me what to do?
It is advisable to have a talk with the owner to resolve this issue. You can also inform him that you have not got any notice from his end. And when the situation becomes you will change the residence.

You can collect your last month's IMPS/RTGS receipt and go to the SDO/rent controller and file a complaint against your landlord. After hearing of your petition, the SDO may allow you to deposit the monthly rental amount to the rent controller for every month and also serve a notice to the landlord, and after hearing both the parties learned rent controller can pass proper order in favor of you.
