Can the victim's family get compensation in IPC sec 306 by the culprit's family or in any other way?

A.There is no concept of compensation from accused that too from accused family. However the court will impose fine which is given to family of victim. but it will be so less that it will not pay rent for 2 months.

The victim's family does not get compensation under Section 306 of IPC. These offences are taken to be done against the state and there is no scope for individual compromise or compensation.
