Hi
Received divorce decree in 2018 ,
Opponent appealed within 90 days 2018 feb in karnataka high court
The case was called twise and now stage admit/ rule, no stay
Case still not come
However case is listed in sep 30 amoung 200 cases in sep 2020, under this below mentioned heading,
Is this the meaning case will be heard soon

The pandemic has disrupted the court hearings but now more cases are being heard on a daily basis. You can ask your lawyer as to when the matter has been listed for hearing.

Due to Covid-19 the courts are not functioning properly, but listing are placed by the court staff. better approach your advocate so that he will check with the section people
