Person staying opposite to the ongoing construction(My Home) put objection regarding constructing windows on my ongoing construction and saying that its on opposite to my front door. He is threatening regarding putting stay on your ongoing construction and damage to my property. what to do if he threatens or damage property in future???

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs the opposite house owner is objecting your construction, which is no way concern to him, better issue a legal notice to him

A.Hi,
You can go to civil court and file a civil suit against that person and get proper relief from the court. And you can get an injunction also.

A.If you are constructing your house within permitted parameters n laws applicable no one is authorized to obstruct it. However if your neighbou6is deprived of nature essentials and your construction violating permitted norms as per laws applicable then ur neighbor can approach the Civil Court for redressal of his issues but can't act illegally on his own

A.Hi,
You can construct your house till it is not directly inferring the neighbor's right. They cannot damage your property and if they do then you can file a complaint against them. Also, if causing any hinderance you can complaint against them.
