If someone files a defamation case against someone but being guilty how do we suppose prove them guilty?

A.Dear Client
The defamation suit shall be supported by the following grounds
1) propagating bad against some one which damage the reputation of the person
2) the propagation may be either oral or written

A.Hi,
In a defamation case you can always take the defense of truth. It is the duty of the person on whom the case has been filed to show that it was not defamation as the statement made was true in nature.

A.Hi,
In a defamation case you can always take the defense of truth. It is the duty of the person on whom the case has been filed to show that it was not defamation as the statement made was true in nature.
