My company compelled me to put resignation and without any compensation they just let me out.do I can file a case in labour court

A.Dear Client
First issue a legal notice to your employer and then file a case against them in the labor court

A.Hi,
A permanent employee of an establishment can file this type of dispute before the labor commissioner and the labor commissioner have the authority to adjudicate the matter.

A.It depends on complete facts n circumstances. However if injustice is caused in violation of laws you can certainly approach the Court
