Illegally construction on public road

It can be demolished and how , he is constructed 10 by 60 area and infront of that construction his tenant parks his car also , because he is a police person .

A.Check the correctness of your position i.e., about illegal construction made by him. Take photos of the same, lodge complaint with concerned municipality alongwith his higher officials. If no action is taken, then file writ petition in the High Court seeking direction against the erring officials for demolition of the said illegal construction.

A.First. Please report to his higher authority. Second. if his parking or causing nuisance is on public place, report to the BBMP or Municipal Authority or Panchayath office, depending on circumstances. As we are in India, we have to behave like Indian; if any one violate law, we have to redress our grievance only by law and we are not permitted to take law into our hands. Have redress your grievance in accordance with law.
