I am running a rented shop by tata coal ltd in jharkhand state since 1990
Tata Coal Ltd- Landlord.
Now there officials without any compensation threatening to evict shop asap or either they will cut the basic amenities of the shop like electricity
Can you suggest how should i proceed this powerful might entity?

A.If your basic amenities are disturbed, them immediately take photos of the same and lodge police complaint against the erring persons, make sure that, you clear all bills as and when they are due.
They cannot evict you without following due process of law, and that, you pay all the rent as on date, if any month's rent is due, send it through Check / Money order etc., so that, you are not projected as defaulter.

A.Hi,
First, you must go to the civil court for getting an injunction, restraining the defendant. Secondly, you can file a criminal case against the opposite party if they disconnect your basic amenities.
