Company is asking for resignation in bonded period. Company is asking for resignation in bonded period.

I am/was working in an IT company and we have a bond of 1.5 years. Both parties should notify 3 months prior if they want to fire or resign. My company is kicking me by saying bad performance. I have joined it 2 months ago. They are saying if you resign we will end the bond if you don't we will take legal action and fire you it will destroy your career. I am just curious why didn't they tell me this in written form.
1. Should I ask them to fire me?
OR should I resign?
2. Can they sue me for bad performance?
3. Should I hire a lawyer because they are firing engineers because they don't have work for us? They have fired many of us by stating the same reason.
Any type of suggestion will help me in this bad time.
Thank you, kind stranger.

A.Hi,
The company cannot arbitrarily fire you. Also, they need to give the notice in writing stating the reasons for firing you. You can file a complaint against your employer for illegal termination of employment.
