I worked for the company in 2011 , they are refusing to give me a relieving or experience letter

A.HI,
It is the right of the employee to receive experience letter. You can issue a legal notice to the company.

A.HI,
It is every employee’s right to receive an experience certificate.No employer can deny the experience certificate to his employees. You can issue a legal notice to the employer.

A.Hi, Presuming ur statement, I suppose that you must have given them a recorded resignation mail with last notice period. Inspite, if they are not giving the relieving letter then it is requested to issue them a letter through Regd. A.D mentioning the date of resignation and last working day with conclusion of your grievance. If Still, they are reluctant then ur notice would serve as the best evidence of relieving from the duties of current organization & experience thereto. Do remember that our legal system keeps everyone on same platform and some corporate cannot or able enough to destabilize the same. Thanks
