Neighborhood issues
We are constructing a shed in our home with proper safeguards. Our neighborhood claims it as too noisy. We never made any damage to their property. Can a case be file against us by them just because of the noisy atmosphere?
A.Respected client,
You can talk with your neighbours and settle the matter through mediation.

A.Yes, a complaint at police station can be filed. Generally there are acceptable noise pollution levels by law.

A.Hi,
There is no practical way in which a case can be constructed against you because, during all construction, we have to face noise problems but even if a case is formed, by the time it reaches a conclusion, hopefully, your construction work will be over. So you need not worry much, just maintain proper terms with them so that this issue does not rise in such a magnitude that they file a case.
