Sir, I have a step mom. She took loan against property which is on my brother's name as he is minor my dad is his guardian till he will be 18. My dad is suffering from cancer and my step mom took loan against property but loan is on my dad's name. If I file complain against it who will be get punished my step mom or my dad as my dad is bed ridden because of cancer
