My mom is the owner of the property, After my father died my elder brother is not taking any responsibility. I am taking care of my mother medicines expenses, sister education & other home expenses, he don't even come to see us. so I want to t builds home on that land so that i can handle her expenses. My mother wants to gift deed the property to me I want to what will be the best thing how my mother can gift deed the property with out my bother involvement.

A.Hi,
Your mother can issue a notification in newspaper stating that you are the sole owner of her property now and can execute a gift deed in your favor.
