I bought mobile phone without bill and box from a guy (olx). He didn’t provide me bill but i take Id proof and sale agreement on white paper.
My question is what if mobile was stolen one. Should i worry about this??
A.1. It is illegal to buy mobile without bill.
2. Sale agreement on white paper not valid as per law.
3. The sale agreement should be in the form of stamp paper.

A.You should have bills with the mobile phone instrument for all practical purpose like insurance claim & in case of last/stolen to file complaint in police or to claim your self in disputes, better to obtain quickly to avoid all above effects.

A.You have every reason to worry, if you have not checked/ verified whether the proofs are true / genuine.
