There is a tractor workshop next to my house. There is constant noise and pollution because of that shop and we cannot sit comfortably inside. The tractors are daily standing on roads (on street road) that causes problem to ride any car in our locality.what are the actions that we can take anonymous to move this workshop to some other place outside of residential area.

A.Respected client,
You can lodge a complaint at the municipal authority office of your city and stop the nuisance created by the commercial activity in your residential area.

A.Hi,
you can inform the municipal corporation office and the police as well and lodge the complaint regarding the same.

A.Hi,
You have to file a complaint in the local PS, SDO's office, District Magistrate, and to the West Bengal Pollution Control board.

A.Inform the problem to Municipal authority and to pollution control board.
If no action is taken then involve at least 5 local residents and file a civil suit in representative charecter and obtain injuction against operation of that workshop.
