My father has his property ( owned House ) on his name and wish to transfer this property on my name. Please let us know how we can proceed with this.
We are 5 members in the family. Myself, mother and father living in that owned house. Brother and sister got married and living with their spouse.

Your father can execute a registered gift deed stating the same or the property that is to be transfered.

A.Father owned property- if it his self earned property then he can transfer the right of ownership to you, by the following methods he can do this by : GIFT to you ,
WILL to you - but WILL is effective only after the death of executor.

A.Your father can execute Gift Deed in your favor by registering and paying stamp duty on it. Preferably let him make your mother and siblings as witnesses to the said Gift Deed or their no objection can be obtained in writing for the said Gift to be executed by your father in your name.
