Internal deviation in flat

If my flat is 2bhk as per sanctioned plan but I take additional 1room from neighbouring flat, will I get loan

A.You need to convince the Bank / Financial Institution with regard to additional one room and make application accordingly, if the lender is convinced, you will get loan on total structure, but if it is not convinced, you will get loan on approved sanction plan of 2bhk only.
