I want to start small clothing shop in my locality, turn over for now will be less than 5 lakh, what are the documents I need to start my bussiness

1. Make a Trade License under Shops and Establishments of the City of the State in case if you are going to do a business within the State as a Partnership Firm or (LLP) or a Private Limited.
2. You can also approach any CA (Chartered Accountant) or a Sales Tax Consultant for Registration as they can help you regarding Fees.

You need only gumasta. If your turn over upto 5 lakh then you need GST no.
