A.If the client is poor we take traveling, filing, photocopy and printing expenses only. If client is financially stable the we charge reasonable amount.

A.It depends upon different High Courts,Lawyers discretion,Case matters & Lawyers terms of the case ie., inclusive of all exps., Etc.Rs.50,000/- to Rs.5,00,000/-

A.No can quote the average fees of a lawyer but on an average fees of a lawyer of High Court iscRs. 20000 to 25000.
