My father and mother had joint property my mother died in 1995" without will "and my father died in Jan 2006" with will "to shares to two sons(50% each) Now how whole property(house) to be distributed among two sons as daughters donot want any share also.

A.Respected client,
The facts appear to be incomplete.
However, the property will be distributed between you and your brother, if no condition to the contrary is stated in the will and the daughters deny to make any claim.

The facts of the case stated by you are not complete.
However, the distribution of the property depends upon the terms of the will.
