Hello Sir/Mam,
My question is that if I am going to establish a new Lottery Company like Dear, Bangalakkhi, and sell my tickets to all over bengal and declares prizes then what should be the process to be followed ???

A.Dear Sir,
You must find out whether such business is legal in your State, if so then approach Chartered Accountant and local Advocate.
