My grandfather bought land about 20 years ago and when he died the land has been divided among six of his sons and I am one of his grand kids , my father's saying that only he has claim over the property and also trying to kick us out of the property. How should I approach this issue ? Do I have a claim in the property ? I am 20 years old and am a student
A.Hi,
Being a grandson you have a right to claim your grandfathers property. You can file a claim for your share in the property.

A.Hi,
Since it is an ancestral property even you have a claim to that property.

A.If your father is still alive and owns the property himself then you can't claim it from him.
