Persuing LLB

Being a government staff, can i persue LLB. Is there any restriction for government staff in this regard.

There is no such restriction imposed by the government of India on govt. staff to do LLB.

A.Dear client, If you do your Regular LLB it is fine but it affects when you enrolled as an advocate because either you should be a Advocate or government staff any one job. But after your retirement you can enroll and practice but enrolled fees go high based on age factor if you are ready you can do practice law. This is my Advice on my part. Regards NITHYANANDAN.S
