Pocso case , myself vandana I am the victim in this case . My parents did all I don't know what they did they said put sign over here their so did . After that j came to know that the accuse muniraj was under problem . Now I want to marry muniraju . J am already married with someother my parents did forcefully . Now I want to marry a muniraju what I need to do now .

However, as per the facts, you initially have to file a case to take divorce from your present husband and take back the FIR against muniraj.
