I am travelling in Patna to delhi Rahdhani (train no. 02309/ Rjpb NDLS, Pnr no. 6442786222) with my wife and we lost all our cash and gold from our First A/C coach. And train is currently running.

You can file an FIR with the police station of the railway station or can file a complaint with the railway station authorities.
