Jio fiber deducted 1000 Rs from my security deposite Jio fiber deducted 1000 Rs from my security deposite

I had jio fiber trial connection which needed to be discontinued within one month for full refund. I had initiated request over mail on 30th Sep, they had asked to use Jio app or call customer care. In customer care there was no option on IVR for cancellations and talk to customer care. Finally I got to know a backdoor to talk to customer care on 6th Oct and filed a request for cancellations.

As clearly they do not have defined method for request for cancellations of service and delayed my e mail request.

A.Hello Sir,
You should send them legal notice, and if no satisfactory reply is given you must proceed with complain to the Consumer Redressal Forum.
