Divorce

I am not at all emotionally happy with my husband and for the same reason I have completely lost my sexual attraction for him. I don't want us to suffer this kind of situation where he wants sex from me but I am not able to give him that physical intimacy. If I want a mutual divorce from my husband and don't want any alimony from him, can he deny in giving me divorce ?
Also, if he denies to give me mutual divorce , what should I do in that case to get separated from him ?

A.you can have a counselling if you both wish.
else you can ask him mutual divorce and most of times men will agree for it because denial causes lot of issues. There are many ways to make him agree for mutual divorce if he refuses.
Hope this clarifies,

A.Dear client,
You can convince your husband and make him ready for mutual divorce.
However, if he disagrees, you can file a case for divorce stating any other ground for divorce.

A.Dear Madam,
You may file contested divorce if he refuses for mutual divorce and also file multiple cases so that he may come down and agree for mutual divorce.
