NHAI has acquired my land they started depositing money to the farmer's for agricultural land but my land a part of agriculture, non-agricultural,residential but what I came to know the awarded amount was very low when compared with Basic unit rate of SRO now what I have to do to get Fair compensation

A.Dear client usually NHAI or State Government and Central Government and Government owned PSU usually give less than market value and fair rate only and it is always fixed nor flexible. You can Approach a Senior Property Advocate Near your area for further clarification. Regards NITHYANANDAN.S
