Grandson's right in maternal grandfather's property,
3 years ago
Can a grandson claim rights in the maternal grandfather's property, which is left intestate by the grandfather ?
NOTE:
* The grandfather received this property via partition deed with his brothers.
* As the grandfather died intestate, the legal heirs of the grandfather(inluding daughters) partitioned the property among themselves.
A.Hi,
It is advisable that you challenge the partition or you can claim share in the property given to your mother through partition.

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs, as a daughter your mother have legal share over your grandfather property, so as you,
you can issue a legal notice to all the legal heirs of your grandfather and file a suit for partition claiming your share
