A.minimum 1 year separation is required for mutual divorce. 1 year separation means not living separately but not living as husband and wife. so If no sex happened after 30/11/2019 then mutual divorce can be filed in Dec 2020.
Even Contested divorce can not be filed before 1 year.
if there are reasons then nullification of marriage can be filed.
Hope this clarifies,

A.Simply getting divorce is no answer you should look at, we Indians have saved our culture with pride but during recent years the family disputes have come to court.
Pls look at a proper reason for divorce if cannot be solved even with the intervention of parents & your friends.
Divorce petition can be filed only when all the effective ways to resolve the prevailing problem is exhausted
