I was lured for admission in a partnership company but the Inclusion of partner in paper never happened. I eventually pumped in Rs 1750000.00 but the partners of the company are not willing to pay my profit share which is 50%. The jurisdiction is Mumbai for Company partners but i want to transfer any proceeding to Kolkata being my home town. pls advise to retrive the money
