Threatning to pay legal expenses

Sir i started working with zneith solution but i found that it was a fraud company i read on the internet many people complaining that they have done fraud with them. So i send them a mail to cancel the work and now they are threatening me that they will take legal action. Help me what should i do.

Get issue a strong legal notice saying that you are going to approach concerned State Police Commissioners to investigate about the credibility of that Company.
