Regarding NON CREAMY LAYER certificate

I applied for a non creamy layer certificate and since my parents income is way below 6 lakh, I got it. Later I found that I forgot to mention about income obtained from interest on fixed deposit in the application form. Though even after addition of this new income, it still stays way below 6 lakh. Does my NCL certificate get cancelled in future if an enquiry is made due to small variation in the annual income mentioned even though it's way below 6 lakhs?

A.dear client It depends on the authorities that how do they treat this matter but generally speaking when you get a certificate by showing some facts then yes you must get all the facts correctly.

A.This is not a purely legal matter or question. It depends on the authorities that how do they treat this matter but generally speaking when you get a certificate by showing some facts then yes you must get all the facts correctly. I would suggest you to get this amended if possible so that you do not face any problem later on. Speak to the concerned authorities and get their opinion and approval.
