Business agreement

My ex employee is blaming me of breaking a business agreement in running a coaching institute. But I was only an office uncharged and had no written agreement or job letter there. Can I be challenged in court for breaking a business agreement in absence of any such paper?

A.How can your ex employee when you are doing gratis service can challenge & sue you. He should have threatened orally, he have no legal standing to take any action much so challenge in court.There is no anxiety for any action on you, in any case take with a Lawyer form Vidhikarya panel to protect your interest quickly.

A.If you do not have any agreement during joining as you said , in such case you cannot be challenged.

A.If there is no paper, document or writing then there is nothing to worry even if the case is filed against you.
