A.Make a complaint to police for lodging FIR for house trespass.Also file a suit for taking back possession of the premesis.

A.Better to take up issue with local authorities like Nagar sevak , corporator of your area & take up further with local police jurisdiction and SP or CP office of your area. If need take assistance & help from a Property lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya for required issue.

A.If it is yours house, locking of house by your cousin is illegal.Go to police and file FIR against your cousin., Police will help you to enter into your house.
