Hello, We sent 4200$ to a company and they never delivered the goods, they even blocked us on Alibaba. How much it can cost us for first send a legal notice and then take them to court ?
Also do you have any contact that can help us to represent us ?

There is a procedure to get in touch with the management of Alibaba . First of all required the exact bill of purchase or document related to the company from where you have bought it. First have to mail and talk to the management of the ALIBABA and then find out the account of the Seller and the details from ALIBABA.
There is a division of office branch of ALIBABA in india as per the online records. Contact me and be specific to give us the details to help you out.
