Hello,
in covid situation, every1 ace too many marital issue-like anger, too many abusive conversation and all other type of issue.
in My case I can't control my anger and one day she moved with my 7 years old son at another rental house and I don't know exact address.
issue is finance, I have taken loan on her documents and she is panic on that point, now she don't want to come again and I can't talk to her & can't talk to my son. she block my number and all social media.
both family also not to interested to involve because of inter caste marriage, and she not pickup my family member phones. so they also irritate & I don't wanna lose both of them, how can handle this type of situation.

A.you dont know the address, so send Restitution of Conjugal Rights notice to her parents house.
Also, you can approach police for family counselling.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue notice under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for Restitution of Conjugal Rights as she left voluntarily without any issue and thus deprived you of marriage bliss.
