Hi sir, i am in Partnership for last 2years. Due to Covid19 now from march20 to till date my business collapsed and my share of loss of rs 50lak approx now i cant able to pay i want 2 years time to give back. But vendors not giving me time what to do..please advice. I am ready to close this issue.. i can give agreement or surity in bond papers .. kindly help me sir what to do...

A.Dear Sir,
You may get stay order from Civil Court and ask them to approach Civil Court and attach your properties if any otherwise they cannot do anything against you.

A.Hello,
A notice could be sent assuring the payment of funds. As per the facts, as you have no issue in providing the security you could communicate it to them in the notice.

A.Hi,
You can send them a notice giving your assurance in payment of the funds. Also, as you mentioned, you can notify them about the security.

A.If you're willing to give you bond papers as surety, then I suggest you to make an agreement with your vendors saying that you need atleast 2 years time to pay back the money. It won't be an issue.
