Relationship with under 18 girl

I am above 18 and my girlfriend is below 18 and her father know about us so i want to know that he can file any case against me or not.

A.No he cannot file a case on the basis of your age and relationship. But in case you decide to get married or elope with your girlfriend, in that case, serious criminal charges can be framed against you.

A.No. He cannot if you haven't married. Don't forget the legal age for marriage for a girl is 18 years of age and for a boy is 21 years.

A.If you have done something which is illegal and against the wish of the of the girl, the father of the girl can surely file a criminal complaint against you.
