The onlineshopping website have cancelled my order without intimating me. And they disrespected my emotions i was waiting to wear dress. They also wasted my time. And giving the quality reason. So how can they display the product without checking the quality of the product. Ao according right to redress can i file case asking composition of about 10 lakh.

A.Hello,
Yes you can surely move your application in Consumer Forum and pray for compensation but, the compensation is finally decided by the court.

You can file a case in consumer forum and accordingly compensation could be prayed, however the compensation is to be decided by the forum.
