Data Entry Scam

I took up a data entry job. They asked me for 5K deposit which i paid upfront. They made me sign a contract also. While entering data, their data seemed mostly fake. Out of 1500, I have filled almost 1200 forms and now they are refusing to pay me. They dont pickup calls or reply to emails. Is there any way of lodging a complaint?

A.Kindly give details of the terms and conditions of agreement once. Also, a case of cheating u/s 420 IPC can be filed.

A.Dear client,
You may give police report under sec 420 of IPC against that company. But before giving police report pls look the terms and conditions of the contract which was signed by you. And also see the territorial jurisdiction of the contract. Filing of police complaint Depends upon territorial jurisdiction.
