Question on plot ownership Question on plot ownership

There's a plot ( 35x35 ft) on south side of my house. It has been under my possession since last 35 years. In East of my house, there was plot whose owner sold it and now 3rd person has constructed house and living. There is no gate of that house towards backside of my house. Now, the original owner of that plot is claiming his Patta was of 45(W)*130(L) ft and he sold only 45*90 (over 20 years ago), so remaining 45*45 ft is his plot. One room of my house is already built on that claimed plot (12 (w) X 27 (L) since last 30 years. There is no exit / entrance of that plot except through my property. Now i compared the Patta of person claiming the land (Plot B) with the plot (Plot A) which is next to him. Both of these plots marks eastern boundary of my house (Plot A and Plot B)
The Plot A patta is of 52x75 and Plot B patta is of 45x130, both of these are of same dates (1981), but
Cost:
Plot A - 151 / -,
Plot B - 101/- (though its bigger).
Different signatories for the same date. It is more likely that the Patta of Plot B is fake.
The person claiming it has never been there. There was never a boundary nor any construction on that land except my room.
He’s claiming that i destroyed his wall last month but i have video evidence that there was no wall . Can he still legally claim this plot ?
