Devrani doing case against me and my family

My brother in law wife want a divorce and me and my husband is living in front of my br-in law and she complain in Manila police thana for hassesment and for property but our all the property going under loan and we don't have anything to give and saying we will give anything she will go to fir and she got married before 8 years and not leaving with us from last 1 year and havg girl child of 5years pls help us we are unable to pay 7lakh and know she told us for fir so pls tell me she can go for fir and what I can do best
