We own 66 gunthas of agriculture land, originally owned by two parties but one (Third) foreign party claimed equal share on our land and filed court case but the original owners could not attend the court and decision was ruled in favour of the foreign party and they got their share. now the foreign party provoked another foreign party to claim right on our land and included her name in the land records and is demanding money in case we decide to sell the piece of land we (Original Owners) own.
How do we deal with this sir/maam?
