Ownership between 2 directors
There are 2 directors with 50% each and if ones tries to over smart by framing false accusation on the other and pushes the other to resign during the initial days of the inception what is the best option for the one who is being targeted. The targeted person has done all the ground work to brand the company and the business was to begin in few months.

A.Hi,
One director of the company cannot remove the other simply( if there are only two directors in a company).
In such a situation, a director can be removed through a resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the company explaining the reasons for removal. Moreover, Company should give intimation to the concerned director about his removal.
