Hello Sir/Madam,

We are 4 brothers belongs to UP village, I was living outside on a job for more than 30yr. Now, I got retired and want to part my agriculture land but the condition is one of them having his share on road facing and we others having our share backside. Now we (3 out of 4) want to part in a way that we all came on road. But he is denying and not getting agree on this.

What should we do?. If we go legally in SDM court then how many days this issue will get resolve?

Or suggest is there another way to part this land in order all shareholder came on road face?
