I am a Govt. employee during my service period a FIR was lodged for forgering chq.I was arrested and after a few months i was released on bail .Now Since 22 years have passed case has not been started .during my enquiry i was told that the case is not found/lost or missing .what can i do now for dismissing the case as i have not got any promotion..
